Primary Tasks and responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to ensure the long term vision and sustainability of our clients Sales & Servicing solutions. A strong knowledge of D365 is necessary to adopt (and adapt) Microsoft solutions rather to do custom developments.

You will follow the move to the Cloud together with other colleague and consultants.

  • Technical analysis
  • Follow-up Microsoft D365 sales & services platform evolutions and yearly roadmap
  • Make impact assessment of D365 solutions upgrade
  • Design and configure the data model
  • Developing and coding (.Net, JavaScript, ..)
  • Integrate UI and design requirements
  • Being close to our business stakeholders
  • Quality assurance & testing

Secondary Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support and bug solving
  • Train other team members
  • Support management to elaboration future vision

Technical profile requirements

  • Min of 4 years as an expert in Microsoft CRM technologies
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expert knowledge of D365 Sales
  • Expert knowledge of D365 Servicing
  • Very good knowledge of Power Apps / Power Platform
  • Very good knowledge of Azure integration and DevOps is a plus
  • Knowledge of .Net developments
  • Knowledge of IT Security
  • Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle
  • Working conduct in Reporting

Non-Technical profile requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Close collaboration with Dynamics functional analysts & architects
  • Notions of Scrum methodology is a plus

Methodology/Certification requirements:

Master or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. One (or more) CRM Dynamics certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

Language proficiencies

  • FR + ENG is a must
  • NL is an asset
