HR Product Lead (ERP system)
I am currently seeking an HR Product Lead for an international company based in Brussels. This role requires experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Workday.
As a HR Product Lead, you will be actively included in a major project involving the migration from SAP to Workday. This presents an excellent opportunity for learning and growth within the company, as you will be part of the migration process from its inception.
The company offers a comprehensive learning path, including various training opportunities, and encourages you to take ownership of the product. Therefore, I am specifically looking for a HR business partner/ functional consultant with a good knowledge in HR processes. Previous experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Workday, would be advantageous. It's important to note that while the company currently operates on SAP, they are now beginning the preparations for transitioning to Workday.

Who are we looking for?
- Strong interest in IT/ ERP systems
- First experiences working in the HR field and good knowledge of all the HR Processes such as onboarding, recruitment, payroll, …
- Very good knowledge of English, French or Dutch is a plus.
- Experience as a functional consultant / analyst or key user in a ERP system
What would be your new function?
- You become the 'owner' of your own product and manage the entire migration process from A to Z, which means: designing, configurating, testing, managing, preparing and planning the go-live + also the necessary support afterwards
- You like to think proactively about possible improvements or solutions and also take on the necessary responsibilities
- You take the lead in delivering Workday solutions to the customer throughout the process
- You participate in internal knowledge sharing and are eager to learn and take additional courses
