Senior SAP HR Consultant - Brussel
As our client will move to a new HRIS, there will be a need to integrate the new HRIS with the current SAP HR on premise. The current SAP landscape will need all necessary ‘HR relevant’ information (coming from the new HRIS) to make sure that all HR and non-HR related processes would continue to work without any disruption.
As SAP HR consultant, you will need to analyze the current SAP HR system and how the integration with the new HRIS will be established using a middleware.
The candidate must be able to deliver the following:
- AS-IS description
- TO-BE improvements of the current SAP HR implementation to be able to integrate with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of total man-days
- Requirements for the integration with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of the total man-days
The goal for our client is to have an insight on the total cost of an interface between the HRIS and the current SAP HR system.
- Knowledge of SAP HR is required
- Knowledge of SAP PI Integration is required
- Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface)
- Knowledge of different HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, CornerStone, …) is a plus
- Bilingual (Dutch/French) and knowledge of English
- Daily rate in line with your experience
- Possibility to work part-time
