SAP HCM Consultant: Permanent function DUTCH or FRENCH + English

Responsibilities

The overall responsibility is to setup new SAP Time/Payroll solutions (Post PY operations) for the new business they are acquiring and to support outsourced clients as follows:

  • You’ll provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance & appropriate technical activities

  • Incidents management & the performance of functional analysis & coaching on the technical way to implement it

  • You’ll use the best practices to generate error free implementations & customizings that are easy-to-maintain

  • Operating required system tests using provided or self-generated test data

  • Create technical and functional documentation on problems solved

  • You are responsible for your time management: personal priorities, assigned ticket handling… and report this to your Team lead & Project Manager on regular basis

  • Being communicative with all stakeholders: internal & external

  • Understanding the general flows in HR & SAP HR

Experience & Skills

  • At least worked actively on 3 implementations

  • SAP HCM knowledge & experience: PY, Post PY & Operations BE

  • The eagerness to learn new technologies, new knowledge: fast paced

  • Delivering high quality HR solutions

  • Multitasking, being able to work in a fast & constantly changing environment

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication in: DUTCH & English or FRENCH & English

  •  Customer oriented, team player

  • Being able to work independent & remote

  • Discretion and being able to respect confidentiality
