In full transition from a European service provider to a global leader, this company is implementing SAP S/4HANA and therefore looking for a strong SAP Implementation Expert to support their global rollouts.

You will work in a highly motivated and fast-paced environment with international contacts. Are you a talent in analytics and project management and willing to travel abroad for longer periods? This is your new opportunity!

Your role

  • As a member of the implementation team you will assist the roll outs and get to know various modules of the system

  • Support implementation in various modules

  • Adapt to the challenges that local entities are facing during the implementation

  • Quickly build strong conceptual and detailed understanding of the system architecture to make sure that you have the flexibility to take over operational tasks

  • Perform checks on the actual way of working and highlight deviations from standard processes

  • Involvement in end-2-end flow of system improvements from gathering requirements to testing and training

  • Develop and apply training methods, materials and exercises on-site and remote for key/end users

  • Support change management and Go-Live preparation process

  • Act as a facilitator for the operational teams worldwide and shift to a more structured way of working

  • Collaborate with Process owners and make sure to share system insights and assess business requirements for reporting

  • First line support for key/end users, solving challenging system issues in close collaboration with the technical team

  • Establish methods of continuous improvement for an effective process governance

Your profile

  • Master of Bachelor Engineering, Business Engineering

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementations is a plus

  • Experience with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PM or CS

  • Affinity with training/coaching end users

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Experience in an operational environment is a big plus

  • Knowledge of the following is also a plus:

  • SQL

  • Microsoft Power Query

  • Navision

  • Leapwork

  • Languages: English (Fluent, spoken and written). French, German, Spanish, Italian is a plus

  • Available for international travel for longer periods (!)
